Lowe, Holland Partner Group and North America Sekisui House are underway with the development of West in Downtown San Diego, a $400 million, 37-story mixed-use project located at 1011 Union Street. As the first multi-mixed-use tower in San Diego, this iconic and skyline-changing project will feature 270,000 square feet of office space, 19,000 square feet of retail space and 431 luxury apartments. Completion of West is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
