Honoring the History of a Dynamic 1940s Era Neighborhood

This multi-phased, multifamily community is located in the 30-acre Yesler Terrace, a mixed-income, transit-oriented, master-planned community currently being redeveloped under the guidance of the Seattle Housing Authority and the City of Seattle.  Yesler Terrace includes a mix of public and private developments delivering housing, office space and a host of neighborhood amenities, in the heart of Seattle’s First Hill.
