Lowe and Holland Partners were selected by the County of San Diego to redevelop the former County Courthouse property. Located at the heart of San Diego’s Central Business District and covering three full city blocks, the transit-oriented, mixed-use development will include office, multifamily and retail uses. Downtown San Diego’s first true mixed-use tower, West will include 29 levels of residential units and amenities over 8 levels of commercial office and ground floor retail with five below grade levels of parking.
The site’s proximity to transit and walkability to neighborhood amenities will make the San Diego Courthouse development a highly attractive Class A multifamily and office asset to residents, employers and institutional investors. Future phases will include additional office space, apartments and retail. Lowe assisted with the master planning for the project, is leading the commercial office development and will lease and manage the office space upon completion.
