In partnership with the property owner, Lowe is working to transform this aging Mall property into a high-quality, mixed-use destination that weaves housing, office, and hotel uses into the fabric of the mall environment. The transformed, energetic live/work property will embrace and enliven the surrounding
community while strengthening the existing mall as a retail and shopping hub for the future.

The initial phase of the redevelopment includes the conversion of the former Nordstrom’s box into an “extraordinary food and cultural mashup” that reflects the diversity of Orange County, a grand plaza for public gathering and community events, and a variety of multifamily housing options appealing to a broad demographic range. Subsequent phases may introduce traditional, creative, and medical office uses as well as a hotel. Phase 1 includes 305 multifamily units and a 585-space parking structure.
