Lowe and Holland Partners were selected by the County of San Diego to redevelop the former County Courthouse property. Located at the heart of San Diego’s Central Business District and covering three full city blocks, the transit-oriented, mixed-use development includes office, multifamily and retail uses. Downtown San Diego’s first true mixed-use tower, West includes 29 levels of residential units and amenities over 8 levels of commercial office and ground floor retail with five below grade levels of parking. Lowe served as developer for the office and retail space, with Holland Partner Group leading the residential development.
West is a model of modern urban development, featuring 431 residential units, 289,000-square-feet of office space and 10,000-square-feet of prime ground floor retail space.
