Pacific Northwest Luxury Lodging

In joint venture with the landholder of 6,300 acres located 80 miles east of Seattle, Washington, Lowe created Suncadia Resort,  the largest master planned community in the Pacific Northwest. Located in the heart of the Cascades, on the “sunny side of the mountain,” Suncadia is a four-season family resort community that presents an Alpine living experience that is without precedent. Guests come back year after year and season after season. Many of the resort’s past guests become homeowners, opting to make Suncadia a permanent vacation. With 6,400 acres of breathtaking beauty and a wide array of ownership options, the community offers itself as a timeless oasis for families.

Suncadia is set along six miles of the Cle Elum River with 80 percent of the resort community designated as open space with more than 50 miles of hiking and biking trails.  The Resort features the 245-room Lodge at Suncadia, the Glade Springs Spa, privately-owned residences, three golf courses – a skating rink and outdoor amphitheater, Suncadia Swim & Fitness Center and a variety of dining options.

Residences range from condominiums to cabin-style homes to single family lots for custom homes throughout nine neighborhoods, including Tumble Creek, Suncadia’s private community with its Tom Doak golf course. Suncadia has received the AAA Four Diamond Award for the last four years. Its Rope Rider Golf Course was named the Best New Course of 2011 by Golf Magazine.
