The transformed, energetic live/work property will embrace and enliven the surrounding
community while strengthening the existing mall as a retail and shopping hub for the future.
Paloma, the first project in the residential phase of the redevelopment, is a 309-unit, 420,000-square-foot apartment complex with designated resident parking, featuring a wealth of top-of-the-line amenities and is the first pivotal step in creating a dynamic, live-work-play community destination.
Subsequent phases may introduce traditional, creative, and medical office uses as well as a hotel.
