Jeff is leading the development and construction of Ivy Station, a $375 million mixed-use project at the Culver City EXPO Station. He also directs all development and construction management activities for resort community and new hospitality projects. Edward leads construction management of commercial and multifamily projects in the Pacific Northwest. He recently oversaw the development and construction of the Luma condominium high rise in Seattle. He previously served as Preconstruction Manager for Charter Construction and Project Manager for both Mortenson Construction and Hensel Phelps Construction. Dan is responsible for Lowe’s hospitality, master planned resort communities and commercial development and investment activities in the southeast U.S. and Caribbean. While with Lowe he has been involved in development projects totaling $600 million, most recently overseeing the $100 million condominium and conference center development at Wild Dunes Resort. Marty leads national office property acquisition activities, targeting properties that can be repositioned through operational and/or physical improvements, and oversees the company’s hospitality-inspired property management service, creating superior customized office experiences. Most recently he was chief investment officer of Resource Real Estate and president of Resource Real Estate Innovation Office REIT. Previously he served as CEO of EVOQ Properties, principal at O’Connor Capital Partners and held senior positions with Security Capital Group in Chicago and Tishman Speyer in London. Erik is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing residential acquisitions in the Central U.S. He currently serves as Project Manager for a 2043-acre master planned community in Castle Rock, Colorado. Prior to Lowe, Erik was an Associate at JPMorgan Private Bank. He is a member of ULI and was selected to participate in the ULI NEXT program. Erik is a sports enthusiast and avid skier. In the winter, Erik dedicates much of his free time volunteering with the National Sports Center for the Disabled and Children’s Hospital of Colorado ski programs. With over 20 years of development and construction experience, Tom manages development and pre-development throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Before joining Lowe, Tom was a Director at Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company where he worked on over 3.5 million square feet of commercial office and R&D construction projects and managed the company-wide “Green Team”, focusing on sustainable design and construction practices. He is a LEED accredited professional. Bill has a leadership role with the firm’s equity and debt capital raising efforts. Previously, Bill has held senior positions with: Merrill Lynch, where he led the west coast real estate investment banking group; Barrow Street Capital (national opportunity fund manager), where he was President; LandCap Partners (national residential land investment business), where he was Chief Investment and Financial Officer; and Genton Property Group (Southern California creative office and multi-family developer) acting as President and Chief Investment Officer. As construction manager, Ralph provides project team leadership for developments in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. He most recently led the build-to-suit development of the 700,000-square-foot National Science Foundation headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Prior to joining Lowe, he was a Vice President at The Oliver Carr Co., responsible for seven project managers, securing new business, and leading the implementation of the company’s build-to-suit activities. Ralph also has a business consulting background, spending ten years providing strategic planning and implementation services for small to mid-size companies. Tom is responsible for business development and project management for resort projects in the desert area of California. He served as COO for development of The Reserve Club in Indian Wells and Stone Eagle in Palm Desert. Prior to that he served as Vice President/Sales and Marketing for the Desert Horizons Country Club community in Indian Wells. Tom has also done extensive land entitlement work. Jim oversees community development management and advisory services for mixed-use properties and planned communities in the U.S. and abroad, currently focusing on Rocky Mountain area projects. A Life Trustee and former Vice Chairman of ULI, a past National Director of the National Association of Homebuilders, and a former Director of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, Jim served as an advisor to the Secretary of the Navy and to the Secretary of Defense on military housing, energy use and other real estate matters. John leads Lowe’s legal group, which provides advice and compliance services to Lowe and its subsidiaries. A former member of the business and finance practice of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, John advises Lowe on its business activities, regulatory compliance, employment relations and dispute resolution matters. He is an active member of the Real Property and Business Law Sections of the State Bar of California and the Association of Corporate Counsel. John is a supporter of the arts, and organizations advancing civil liberties and criminal justice. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and Pepperdine University School of Law.
Jann oversees public relations and corporate level marketing. She is involved in brand positioning, collateral development, website and online presence and content, business development and communications, including Lowe’s semi-annual newsletter. She also manages Lowe’s media relations, maintaining press materials and working with third party public relations support to coordinate news activities and media inquiries. Jann enjoys travel, especially exploring new destinations, as well as weekend visits to California’s wine regions. She was honored to receive the 2017 Bob Weekley Spirit of Lowe award. She studied at the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley and Mesa College, Grand Junction and with extended studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mara leads Lowe’s property operations, investment and management activities in the Central U.S. including Colorado, Illinois and Texas. Since joining Lowe, Mara has worked on over 35 assets in the Central region totaling approximately 11 million square feet, with values of over $1.3 billion. Previously, Mara was a financial services analyst for Cushman & Wakefield and was director of acquisitions/ business development for HealthSouth Corporation. She is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and a licensed real estate broker in Colorado. Seeing the development cycle from acquisition, to master planning, entitlements, design, leasing and disposition has benefited Daisy as she pivoted to operations, where she can understand both the possibilities and limitations in properties, in order to increase their value. Kyle is responsible for deal sourcing and development management in Los Angeles and underwriting, capitalization, and transaction execution for all of Southern California. In his career, Kyle has closed over $500 million in transaction volume and managed over $350 million in assets. Kyle is a Board Member of the Westside Urban Forum and a member of ULI. Joel leads Lowe’s national retail platform targeting assets that can be developed or redeveloped into mixed-use properties. Over his 30+ year career, he has developed expertise in all aspects of retail real estate. He recently led Rockwood’s retail property investment business, overseeing all strategy, development, acquisitions, leasing, management, and dispositions. Previously he was with BlackRock; was SVP for California Pizza Kitchen, responsible for managing national expansion; and oversaw leasing, development, management, marketing, and portfolio management of properties in the west for Madison Marquette.

Shirli leads design and development services for CoralTree Hospitality Group. Her wealth of experience includes more than 30 years of involvement with both high-end interior architectural design and project management. David oversees commercial construction activities in the Western U.S. He has been involved with the construction and development of over 3.5 million square feet of residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial projects. In his spare time, David enjoys camping, fishing, sailing, surfing and skiing. Education: California State University, Long Beach, BS
A member of Lowe’s corporate finance department, Anne is focused on special projects involving GAAP basis financial analysis and reporting for commercial real estate. She is a CPA, with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry across a range of property types. Prior to her current role at Lowe, she held management roles in the parent company and hospitality subsidiary of the company, directing the financial audit and reporting process for corporate, joint venture, investor and property level entities. Prior to joining Lowe, she served in various accounting management positions in both public accounting and private industry. Anne is an avid reader, and enjoys mountain biking and hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains. Education: University of California at Los Angeles, BA.
T.J. leads the Colorado operations of Hospitality at Work, Lowe’s hospitality-inspired commercial property management platform, as well as the Company’s building engineering and brokerage operations in Denver, CO. Throughout his career, T.J. has been involved in the investment, development, management, financing, and disposition of over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate. Prior to Lowe, T.J. was the President of RISE Commercial, a leading CRE service provider based in Denver, CO (Lowe acquired RISE in 2019). Earlier in his career, T.J. served as the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Baron Properties.
Based in Denver, T.J. and his family can often be found cruising down one of Colorado’s famous ski hills. Education: Colorado State University. B.A. in Economics.
Matt is responsible for the company’s hospitality and resort development and value add investment activities. Matt also has responsibility for the company’s resort residential sales and marketing. Previously, he was an architect in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He is a past Chair of the Urban Land Institute Recreation Council. Matt has taught real estate development at UCLA and is a Board Member of the Mount Saint Mary’s University Business School. He is a Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster and a frequent coach. Julie brings more than 30 years of human resources experience to Lowe and CoralTree Hospitality’s People Services. She was Vice President of People Services for the East Region for Two Roads Hospitality/Destination Hotels for two years before transitioning to the CoralTree team. She has represented both individual hotels and multiple properties along the East Coast including Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, S.C. and The Homestead. She also worked for Anheuser Busch – Busch Entertainment and ClubCorp. Julie is a member of the California Association of Hotel and Lodging, Women in Lodging and Guardian Ad Litem in Tampa, Florida. Tom is responsible for Southern California commercial property development, particularly urban infill and mixed-use development. He also leads Lowe’s national retail redevelopment activities. Tom is overseeing development of Ivy Station, a mixed-use property at the Culver City EXPO station and recently completed the Garey Building, a residential/retail property in the downtown LA Arts District. Past projects include the 1.8 million SF Exchange mixed-use development in Hawthorne and over 350,000 SF in Calabasas and Santa Monica. He is a member of ULI, ICSC, US Green Building Council, and a Board Member of the California Business Properties Association. He is past President of the Executive Board of NAIOP SoCal and member of the Corporate Board of Directors. Tom is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.
