Adaptive Reuse Brings New Life to Office Complex
The transformation of the former Park Center was realized with the October 2021 completion of its new incarnation as the Park+Ford apartment community. Two 14-story former office buildings in the Park Center complex were redeveloped to provide 435 fresh and modern apartments. The third building in the complex continues to provide 60,000 SF of office space plus a 55,000 SF X-Sport Fitness club as part of the newly envisioned mixed-use center.
