Historic Charm meets Modern Design

LUMA is the first high-rise condominium building developed in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood since 1982. LUMA blends modern high-rise architecture with the old world charm of its tree-lined neighborhood. Honored by the International Interior Design Association, LUMA is designed to fit the needs of creative urban professionals and empty nesters. With soaring nine foot ceilings and expansive windows, the open concept living spaces offer thoughtful, efficient design and high quality finishes. The rooftop community space features indoor and outdoor gathering areas with a 360-degree view, with a full-time concierge staff providing resident convenience. Public spaces are decorated with a collection of work commissioned from local Seattle artists. A model of sustainable practices, LUMA’s photo-voltaic solar panels help power common areas, its rooftop panels reduce heat gain and its landscaping recycles storm water. High efficiency plumbing and LED pendant lighting are used throughout the building. The well-received property was sold out within 15 months.
