Lowe's First Office Development
Encino Financial Center is a distinctive thirteen-story office building, with penthouse, located in the heart of Encino, Calif. It is the first office building Lowe acquired on its own behalf and the first commercial office property Lowe managed. The building was unfinished acquisition; Lowe completed development and leased up the building to a mix of traditional and medical office tenants.
Today, Encino Financial Center is managed by Lowe’s commercial property operations subsidiary, Hospitality at Work. Bringing a feeling of hospitality and community to the office environment, Hospitality at Work combines quality management and engineering services with excellent customer service, programming and events that increase tenant engagement, and create a community within the building. The building is certified by Fitwell, the world’s leading certification system committed to building health for all.
This property offers panoramic Valley views, abundant parking, on-site management, and excellent amenities as well as a building host to coordinate tenant community activities. The area’s finest restaurants, boutiques and financial services are within short walking distance.
