The Garey Bldg., a joint venture between Lowe, institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Megatoys, which has owned the property for more than 20 years, has been named an Award of Merit winner by the judges for the 2017 Gold Nugget Awards. The Awards honor architectural design and planning excellence and draws entries from throughout the United States and internationally.
